My name is Eric Schave and my treatment philosophy is rooted in the belief that therapy is a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their innermost selves and behaviors without fear of judgment. With this belief, I prioritize my client’s comfort and pace as I introduce evidence-based techniques, through a unique treatment plan that is developed to their unique needs and goals.

Some of these techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Non Directive Play Therapy, Existential therapy and solution-focused therapy. I have found that these approaches can be particularly effective in helping clients in all aspects of their life.

Most recently I have been working with families and children to process trauma and mend relationships to create healthier parent child dynamics, with early childhood therapy and parenting support.
